The weather is changing and so are our appetites. Warm comfort food is starting to sound good so I turned to Cooking Light for some new fall recipes (preferably easy and ones that call for ingredients we have around the house). This recipe made the cut so we gave it a whirl… chicken fingers + spicy dip and baked fries on the side.

Danny loved. I liked. But it was way better than the inedible meal I made earlier this week. I seriously destroyed eggplant, zucchini, tomato, spicy sausage and brown rice – don’t know how. But I did. It was a disaster.
