recipe: take-out at home. spicy red curry.

i love me some asian food. it’s by far my favorite type of cuisine, so i was really excited when this red curry recipe turned out and even danny loved it. we used this recipe, but decided on shrimp vs. tofu and definitley added srirachia to add some spice. it called for two boxes of noodles, but that was waaaaayyyyy to much. overall, it was super simple, totally tasty and if you make asian food a lot, you probably already have most of these ingredients in your kitchen.
