at home our mouth’s water for this cambodian restaurant,
so we were super pumped to get our fill of authentic cambodian fare.
sadly, the only thing that disappointed us in cambodia was the food.
we just weren’t thrilled with anything. every meal – restaurant & street food alike – was just “eh.”
oh well. as my dad would say, “eat to live, don’t live to eat.”
local beers //
angkor & cambodia
more lagers! yay. but they did have pull tops.
cambodia wine tasting //
wine, brandy & grape juice
it was all pretty gross. the experience was def not napa-esque
ny style pizza //
well, not a cambodian staple, but a ting staple in any country.
this is tyler, an american ex-pat who opened up a great pizza shop in siem reap, belmiro’s pizza & subs. we bellied up next to him at his bar for dinner one evening. later that night, he invited us to join him and some other locals at another popular bar for a nightcap.
