grillin’ weather.

We’re on a major kabob kick. Lately, they feel like the perfect summertime meal. We typically use a mixture of beef, shrimp, chicken and lots of veggies – bell pepper, mushroom, pineapple, onion and tomato over brown rice. Oh, and we picked up a lil bag of mixed baby potatoes at Fresh & Easy which were a tasty addition.

Here’s the marinade recipe we use. Mix well, pour over your meats and refrigerate 4 – 24 hours before grilling.

Any Meat Marinade Recipe
1 cup vegetable oil 
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons coarse black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
